iPhone Replacement Parts - A Guide

Posted by: admin  :  Category: Mobile-Cell-Phone
With a wide variety of iPhone replacement parts on the market and available online I would like to take a moment and introduce a few of them and their uses, as not all of us may understand them fully, and how easy it is to actually fit these replacement parts to your iPhone yourself, which can be a great benefit financially and time wise - for these two reasons alone it is vital that all iPhone owners are aware of how they can help themselves.

Before we go any further I would also just like to mention that iPhone replacement parts are not just for repair, they are in many cases for an upgrade of your existing iPhone at times, with technology steaming ahead at the pace it is it can become extremely expensive to keep up, sometimes an iPhone replacement part will be suffice.

Back Cover / Housing - A common replacement part due to drops and scratches, this is quite a straight forward fix by simply removing the old housing and replacing with the new Logic Board / Motherboard - A more complex repair, and you need to be sure that it is this iPhone part the needs replacement prior to the fix, this can be done by using various tests and you need to allow sufficient time to complete the repair successfully and carefully

SIM Tray - A bit too much heavy handling with the removing or inserting the SIM can damage the tray quite easily, however these parts aren´t too expensive and it is a replacement part that is fairly simple to fit to your iPhone.

Vibration Mechanism - Again, the need of replacing the vibration mechanism be to dropping, or heavy handling, this isn´t the most complex repair, but also not the easiest with the need to remove various components in order to fit this, a little research may be required here.

Replacement Camera - The main reason for the replacement of an iPhone camera is due to a scratched screen, again the need to remove various components to complete this is necessary, but once you have done so be sure to avoid the need of a further replacement part by keeping your iPhone in a soft case when in your pocket and away from keys etc.

Replacement Battery - Over charging, or too frequently charging your battery can drain it, and it will become addicted to the charger, this can be resolved by a simple replacement of the old battery and then allowing the phone to run very low before fully charging again.

Charger Port / Antenna / Speaker - As with the vibration mechanism the need to remove various parts in order to fit this replacement part to your iPhone is necessary, this is a fairly common repair due to the joint properties of the component.
